Advanced Muscle Reconstruction (AMR) is a myofascial structural precision technique and advanced bodywork methodology created by Jimmy Bluff. It works fiber by fiber within the myofascial system - the continuous web of connective tissue that surrounds and interconnects muscles, organs, and skeletal structures. Through a refined system of intricate, bi-manual precision strokes, AMR releases restrictions within fascia and soft tissue, restoring optimal blood flow, hydration, mobility, and structural balance throughout the body.
